Lysa TerKeurst knows what it’s like to consider God just another thing on her to-do list. For years she went through the motions of a Christian life: Go to church. Pray. Be nice. Longing for a deeper connection between what she knew in her head and her everyday reality, she wanted to personally experience God’s presence. Drawing from her own remarkable story of step-by-step faith, Lysa invites you to uncover the spiritually exciting life we all yearn for. So, if you are tired of just going through the motions of the Christian life? If you feel a tug at your heart to live completely for God— but don’t know what the next step is? Join us to uncover the spiritually exciting life you long for. Fulfillment is closer than you ever thought possible!

Into the Word is more than surface deep… it’s a spiritual study guide that leads you to the heart of God’s Word. It will prompt you to personally dig into Scripture and discover God’s specific message for yourself. Each of the studies begins with a short reflection tied to the present day, and provides you a springboard into the various passages presented from the Old and New Testament. This is a 52-week study for you to use throughout the year, and we will focus on 9 weeks of it for our study and discussion time.

Please join us for Tuesday Night's in God's Word at the West Campus from 7:00-9:00 PM starting September 14th. We'll meet each week as a large group for opening worship then break into the 3 different electives for study, discussion, prayer, and fellowship. Be praying about who you can invite to join you in this journey into God's Word. Sign-up at the Information Centers at both campuses or register online to reserve your book.

"Me, Myself and Lies" by Jennifer Rothschild
Beginning Tuesday, September 14th
7:00 PM at the West Campus

This study deals with the power of "self-talk" and how destructive negative and unrealistic self-talk is unless we learn to practice Godly and Biblical "soul-talk". Instead of comparing ourselves to others, calling ourselves names, and disparaging who we are, we will learn to tell ourselves the truth about who God says we are.

The Hole in Our Gospel by Rich Stearns
Beginning Tuesday, September 14th
7:00 PM at the West Campus
Cost for book is $10.50
For those looking for a challenge to live and serve as Jesus did, "The Hole in Our Gospel" urges readers to ask the question, What if? What if all followers of Jesus looked beyond the walls of their churches and worked together in reclaiming the world for Christ's kingdom? What if we actually demonstrated God's love for the world instead of just talking about it? What if we embraced the whole gospel of loving God and loving our neighbors?....This fresh look at the gospel will take you to a deeper understanding of your own faith and inspire you to do your part to demonstrate God's love for a hurting world.
